Camping on Crescent Bar Island
Your summer vacation starts with camping on Crescent Bar Island. 55 tent and RV sites are ready, spacious enough to host your family's adventures whether you're in a tent or an RV.
Every site has full hookups and room for one boat trailer and two vehicles (extra off-site parking is limited). The day-use area has a designated boat beach and swim beach, and the new walking trail makes it easier than ever to stroll the island and head to the water.

Campground map & site lengths
Sites vary in length. Please check that your vehicles, RV and trailers fit within the posted site length before you book. A site may hold up to two vehicles, one RV trailer and one boat trailer — but not every site fits all of them, and additional fees may apply.

*Mid-April water availability depends on weather. Water runs through October 15; after that the fill station is available through the camp host.

Cancellation from date of booking
100% refund
Cancel within 24 hours of booking — online, by phone or in person. 9-month rule applies.
80% refund
Cancel within 30 days of the original booking date (after the first 24 hours). This takes precedence over the arrival-based policy if it gives a higher refund.
Cancellation before arrival date
50% refund
Cancel 15 or more days before check-in.
25% refund
Cancel between 14 days and 24 hours before check-in.
$10 reservation change fee applies to all changes to reservations.

Around the campground
Campground rules
See all park rules →- Online reservations preferred May – September. Drop-in camping is night-by-night only, based on availability.
- Campsites are not for residential use. Stays are limited to 10 days (Apr 1 – Sep 30) and 20 days (Oct 1 – Mar 31). All property must be removed at check-out.
- ADA sites (4, 33, 38, 45) are reserved for visitors with a state-issued ADA placard. After 6 pm, unreserved ADA sites are first-come, first-served for one night.
- Maximum occupancy is eight (8) people per site. Site saving is not allowed.
- Tents only on designated tent pads — no tents on the grass, and tent pads are for tents only (no parking on them).
- No tent stakes over 8 inches and no corkscrew stakes in the grass.
- Trailers and stabilizers may not sit on the grass — you will be asked to move your trailer.
- Don't adjust, damage or cover sprinklers; they run daily. Nothing may be left on the grass overnight.
- Large items on the grass (inflatables, kayaks, coolers) are limited to 6 hours or less.
- Pets must be on a leash. Campers are responsible for all damages.
Quiet hours are 10 pm to 7 am daily.
